There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing entire families staying healthy together. Drs. Lauren and Jimmy Allgood serve as a husband-and-wife team to share the benefits of Chiropractic Care with Steiner Ranch and surrounding communities.

MISSION

At our family-based wellness clinic, healing your nervous system is our main focus. This system is your body’s master control center.  The central nervous system is our brain and spinal cord and keeping them communicating at 100% is the key to incredible, optimal health. 

Pain is a sign of deeper problems. Caring for your spine is a way to prevent pain down the road, making sure your body will function at 100 percent of its potential.

VISION

When you walk in, you'll see we've been waiting for you and are excited to meet you. When you sit down with Dr. Jimmy, you'll be eye-to-eye and one-on-one, discussing your concerns in an inviting, comfortable space.

PURPOSE

Our purpose is to love and serve the families of our community. We even schedule group appointments for parents and children—it’s easy, it’s convenient, and believe it or not, it’s fun. 

We love seeing the changes in families as they experience treatment with us. An increase in well-being. An improvement in the dynamic between family members. We’ve even heard from families who say they are missing less work and school because they don’t get sick as often.
